Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

What can't be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings and other pierced-body jewellery.
  • Items marked "final sale" or bought during clearance.
  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Visit our contact page and share your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and share a return label and pickup or drop-off instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over as instructed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and, subject to availability, we'll arrange an exchange. If the item is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
